Anti-COVID measures

BGS Group takes care about the safety of each participant of its events, therefore, all the preventive and disinfection measures will be taken at the Congress during the congress and exhibition activities, in accordance with the recommendations of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor).

To enter to the Congress venue, please bring one of the following documents:

a certificate with a QR-code that proves you received a vaccine registered in Russia ("Gam-Covid-Vac", "Sputnik Light", "Epivaccorona", "Epivaccorona-N", "Kovivak");
a certificate with a QR code confirming that you have had a coronavirus infection and no more than six calendar months have passed since the date of your recovery;
a QR code or a document that confirms the negative COVID-19 PCR test taken less than 72 hours before the day of the event.

To cross international border, make sure to check official entry requirements while planning your trip to the Congress!

Control at the entrance to the site

We conduct temperature checks of every participant and ensure that each delegate has provided their certificate of vaccination, of a past illness or a negative PCR test. All members of the BGS team have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
Use of face masks

All participants are supplied with face masks and required to wear them to protect themselves and others.
Hand disinfection

In addition to hand disinfection stations at the venue, we provide all participants of the Congress with individual disinfectants.
Social distancing

We organize the Congress space with regards to all social distancing recommendations.
Venue disinfection

All the rooms being used are regularly disinfected to ensure the safety of the Congress participants.
Safety training

All our employees have received mandatory training on compliance with safety measures in the current epidemiological situation. We will also provide a briefing for all our attendees before the event starts.
