TANECO Launches Second Crude Oil Refining Unit

news Tatneft will launch a second crude oil refining unit at the TANECO refinery complex in Nizhnekamsk. The launch is expected in 2019. In the result, TANECO oil refining capacity will reach 14 million tons per year.

The Board of Directors of Tatneftekhiminvest-Holding approved the development strategy for the Tatneft Group until 2030, aimed at the development of the chemical field.

In 2018, TANECO launched the largest isomerization unit in Russia with capacity of 400 million tons per year, and hydro-treatment units for naphtha, kerosene and diesel fuel. The catalytic reformer is currently at the testing stage.

Tatneft is planning to expand the production of all-steel tires: Nizhnekamsk All Steel Tires plant has already started production of new tires Kama PRO.
